• Conducted due diligence on non-performing assets (auto loans) for a sub-branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC). Reviewed the documentary materials provided, carried out on-site household investigations of borrowers and guarantors, and verified industrial and commercial registration, real estate, and vehicle information. Finally, issued legal opinions. Over 20 lawyers from the law firm were mobilized, and the project lasted nearly two months with a total amount involved of RMB 120 million.
• Handled a traffic accident case involving a consulting unit’s employee who caused a fatality while driving on official duty. Through repeated communication and negotiations with the victim’s family and the employee’s family, we obtained forgiveness from the victim’s family, prevented the company from being involved in litigation, resolved the issue properly, and safeguarded the consulting unit’s interests and corporate image.
