Job Requirements
1. Under the leadership of the managing partner, fully implement the relevant administrative, human resources, publicity and other transactional work of the firm;
2. Be responsible for the communication between superiors and subordinates in the administrative department, guide and supervise the firm's contract management, file management and case file management to ensure that all work is traceable; be responsible for the daily work connection with judicial administrative departments and bar associations;
3. Be mainly responsible for lawyer recruitment, external publicity and development work of the firm;
4. Organize, plan and hold various meetings (including but not limited to birthday parties, partner meetings, Mid-Autumn Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, legal lectures, mid-year meetings, annual meetings, etc.).
5. Allocate administrative personnel in accordance with the proportion of lawyers.
6. Complete other work temporarily arranged by the leadership.
7. Relevant work experience in law firms is required.
